I have tinnitus and was looking on the internet for some products claiming to help it.  I ran across T-gone which claimed to help many people that had purchased it before.  They also had a 6 month no questions asked refund if you were not satisfied with there product.  So I figured I had nothing to lose (WRONG)   I place 3 separate orders and tried the product for 6 months as they suggested.   After the 6 months I couldn't tell that it had help me at all.   I contacted T-gone via email and told them that it didn't help me and requested a refund as there ad said.  I first emailed John with no responce then Vanessa and then Ellen.  Vanessa and Ellen both promised  the refund over and over but it didn't happen.  After it seems like 100's of emails and 6 months I finally recieved about 1/3 of my refund and Ellen said that all I was entitled to because I had to purchase a 3 month supply at 1 time to get the refund.  I made copies of there web page when I first purchase there product and it said nothing about a 3 month supply.  I emailed and and told her this a said I would fax a copy to her and have not heard back from her for 3 weeks now. 

 

My advice don't waste you money on t-gone, it's a ripoff.
