I bought a dodge caravan from Thrifty Car Sale in Mesa AZ with extended warranty and this car should be a certified car. After 2 months later only one side break pad is gone while another side is really good. I asked the company to maybe something is wrong unless only one side is completely gone. Their answer is wearing and tearing is not covered on extended warranty.
After 10 months later my power steering pump went bad and I took back the car to the company again. They said it is covered under their warranty but that part is on national back order so they couldn't get the part and wait for the part. However, my extended warranty will be expired within 2 months so I ask them to find the parts as soon as possible. The company offered me top off the power steering fluid every 2 to 3 days then I should be o.k. Then I started looking for the part myself and without any problem I found the part on 1st call. I found out this company was trying to put off sometime and waiting for my extended warranty is over. I talked to their manager and I got ignored by him hanging up the phone. I also mistreated because I am an oriental. After the service manager told me it takes two to three hours but later he changed his story that he said 2 to 3 o'clock. He treat me as that I don't understand the English so he can get away. This kind company shouldn't be running business.
