I purchased a phono cartridge through their Yahoo store and paid with PayPal, so they got my money right away ($35.88).
They contacted me saying the item was no longer available. I didn't want an alternative product, so I asked for a refund. They stated they no longer had a PayPal account, because of problems, so the refund would have to be by check.
I both emailed and phoned numerous times. On the phone they sounded pleasant, gave a response that the check would be put in the mail the next day... the never came.. Their phone directory indicates there is an accounting department, but if you select it, no one answers and you're told the message box is full. |
