July 2006 I ordered two items of Jewelry from Ultimate Shopping Network. USN I never recieved my goods after calling constantly for many weeks. October 2006 I called and cancelled my orders and asked for my Credit Card to be credited. I had been told that I would get my refund within 2 to 10 days. This has been going on with this Company for many months. I have no goods and no refund. They are not returning my money and cannot supply my order. I am now at the end of January 2007 and find that all calls to the customer service department are now going to India. I still have no money returned. I have read many comments on the Internet regarding the same problem with this Company and it seems many are owed thousands of dollars for goods not recieved. I have also read that this Company is still selling from the site they have on the Internet and by phone. They dissapeared off the TV several weeks. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau and they told me the Company was not responding to them and the case was closed. I do not understand how a Company selling on TV going into thousands of peoples homes can get away with this. I will continue to try to get my money back as this cannot be legally allowed, to take peoples money give nothing in return and refuse to refund.
