On April 5, 2007 I dropped my puppy off to a Pet Grooming Salon called Quality Pet Grooming in Kissimmee, FL.   This was the 3rd time I dropped him at this location and each time before when I picked him up at the time they told me, they stated that he was not ready yet and to please come back 30 to 40 minutes. On this day they told me to come and get him at 2:00 I gave them a couple of more minutes,

The Manager Sister left a message on my voice mail "come and get your dog he's ready we're closing at 3:00 she also spoke to me on the phone and she said the same thing when I went to pick up my Puppy I asked who called and the young lady said she did . I told her that she was very unprofessional on the phone,  and she said to me and what is your point, I said that when your rendering service to someone and they are paying you, you need to be more polite, she said nobody else complains about it, I was trying to get her to understand that you shoudn't wait for someone to tell you that your tone is rude and she interupted using voger language.  we both then exchange words back and forth and I said I will no longer need her service and the owner said good we will tear up your card and throw it in the trash.  I never went to a place where your paying them and the owners  are rude so if anyone lives in Kissimmee Florida and take their animal to Quality Pet Grooming you may go in there when the Sister of the owner is in a bad mood and get curse out.  Oh yeah after I paid for the service that's when they became Irrogant with me
