Purchased a used vehicle from said dealer on 4/16/06. Since purchase we have had main computer replaced, mass air flow sensor replaced. The car was sold to us without an air filter, and a dead battery. Dealer failed to reveal all the problems with the vehicle so I feel was missled in the purchase. Dealer signed an agreement to repair said vehicle to my satisfaction. They will not stand behind their agreement.
I was told it was my problem. Also they sold me an exstended service plan but have made no offer to give me any info on what this covers or what it involves. Even though this was an as is deal, all problems should have been revealed at the time of purchase. Vehicle only has about 60,000 miles I have only had the car about 6 weeks. We will be persuing this in court with the dealer, till I have reach satisfactory results. I would urge anyone not to purchase from this dealer without a second opinion from another mechanic. |
