Employer provided a hostile work environment, And also failed to provide proper satety equipment to do my job in a safe manner, I was tired of moving 400lb object on and off the truck and sometimes upstairs without any help and without proper back brace and without proper hand trucks to move odd objects.
When I refused to do it anymore without the proper equipment my supervisor Eddie Warren from conover nc cussed me out said the f word several times and sh---t word several times and than told me to get the H--ll out of there and than he started throwing stuff.
So I left, before I got home Jane Wilcom from frederick Maryland office called me told me to turn in all of my shirt keys, etc and also told me to type a letter and sign it stating I quit, When I refused she said she would not pay me my final wages until I do, My final wages were due on 12/16/2005 and now its 05/29/2006 and I still haven't received my final wages of 770.00.
