Vulgar and Obnoxious Behavior at Gabriel Towing

On the morning of 9/12/07, my vehicle broke down in the parking lot of Brookdale community college in Lincroft NJ. I called AAA so that I could have my vehicle towed to my mechanic. The towing service that AAA sent out to help me was Gabriel's Towing service. After about 45 minutes of waiting I got a phone call from the dispatch person with Gabriel towing, he said that the tow truck driver was have trouble finding me and asked me for an exact location I could only give him an approximate because I was in a huge parting lot. The dispatcher became very angry and used lots of profanity. The dispatcher also said that if the driver could not locate me within 15 minutes that they would cancel the towing service and leave me stranded. The dispatcher then said that I would be getting a call from the tow truck driver in a moment. A few seconds went by and I got a call from the tow truck driver who was even more vulgar and obnoxious then the dispatcher. The driver curst at me and also used lots of profanity and also threatened to leave if he could not locate me quickly enough. As it turns out the driver simple went to the wrong parking lot and not the parking lot that he was told to go to. The driver finally found me and did tow my vehicle to the shop. I have never in my life be treated so badly and I think the employees of Gabriel's Towing have no business dealing with the public and should be fired from there jobs for the way that they treated me. I tried to call Gabriel Towing so that I could speck to the owner of this place by the person who answers the phone is the same dispatcher the was so obnoxious. I would love to be able to speak with the owner if this business.
