My name is Wade Brown and I live in an apartment complex at Dominion at Lake Lynn. My AC went out when it was 90+ outside and we called in a work order. We had someone come by that day and changed the filter. This only worked for a few hours. We then called the following day and never were contacted back. At this point we had been 5 days where our apartment was never bellow 85 degrees and was over 90 most of the day. This made it imposible to sleep, cook, even sit and watch TV. They then did nothing for the weekend, and there was a holliday on Monday, so someone showed up in our apartment on Tuesday at 7:45pm and told us that our compressor was broken and there was nothing that could be done. Thursday I went to the office and was unable to speak to the manager, so I called her on the phone: I had let her know my frustration and told her that I would like to be compensated for the time without AC. She told me that she would have to talk to her regional manager, and would call me back that afternoon, but never did. To make a long story short, it is now Monday, two weeks since our AC went out, still do not have AC, have not received any compensation, only a few appologies, and wanted you to know what lack of a sence of urgency that I have encountered at Dominion at Lake Lynn.
