Wirefly.com sells cell phones to be used with all the major carriers.
I bought a Moto razr I liked which said it came with a $90 rebate ; making it about $120 cheaper than what AT&T wanted for it.
The phone came in fine and setup was no problenm . However the rebate came with 2 forms. One form for a $30 rebate to be filed 120 days after service was started ; and another rebate to be filed 180 days after initial service
No problem I thought ; although somewhat of a hassle. I waited the alloted time and submitted both rebates with the required items listed to get a rebate. Both rebates stated the refund will be sent within 60 days of date received.
I sent both rebates certified mail and have the signed receipts showing receipt of the rebate coupons. After 75 days I called the company . Wirefly.com told me that my rebate request was being processed.
It is now over 120 days since I sent the rebates in; and I have not received anything. Talk about a rip off!
