Worst customer service in Atlantic city

Stayed at the Showboat which was the most unfriendlyCasino for 3 days gambled a little didnt do too bad . The casino was alrigth except for the Floorperson Jason krausse a real cocky employee he felt like he was to good to talk to me just because i dressed down for the day instead of my armani shirts.His partner joyce (dont know her last name) was a sweatheart didnt care what I had,came over and was a delight she introduced herself and was a joy. I asked Jason if he could make me a reservation for dinner for me.He said I had to be a Reward player. I asked how do i get one he pointed at some desk accross the casino flloor and said over there later someone he knew a came over said he lost his card can you make me another one he said just give me your licence and handed it to a girl behind the pit.I asked him why she could make me one he said she was to busy to make cards for everyone. Afetr this incedent i had a problem with drink Service it took 28 minutes to get a drink when asking the for a waitress the same answer she is coming I asked the florr person to get a a beverage supervisor he said the waitress is coming and that I am starting to get on his nerves That was the last straw i grabbed my chips cashed out and vowed nevr to come back to that casino again.If this the kind of service that Showboat and Atlantic city promotes then my friends and i will go to another house in another state . With business falling in Atlantic city I think you should really look into the type of customer service that Atlantic city Promotes. As a well known critic in a New York Magazine ill be sure to tell all.
