I brought a 2002 Saturn Vue from from Champion Motors in Felton, DE and they not only provided the worst service, but was very disorganized the establishment was all about money. The first time i talked to the salesman chuck i asked him how much i need down he said 1,000 to 1500 when i got there he (Chuck) tells me he needs 2,000 so i end up giving it to him . Chuck told me he need 1100 dollars for my tags within 45 days i brought it to him 4 days later and it has been almost 60 days and i still haven't received my tags on top of that they come and pick my vehicle up from my house with a key and they say that's a repo due to the fact they wanted me to have a md license and also they couldn't draft money out my account in which i had to call the finance company to do because no one there could do it. The car company rather Chuck is a terrible sales peraon and i'm not the only one he has done to , and it's not right to me the consumer. The vehicle is used to get me to and from work and i can't use it because, the tags have withered on the back and i have been told by the police when stopped to get another tag or a hard tag or pay a big fine. Chuck 's response to that was he's not giving me a tag nor was he worried about me getting a ticket for tags. I ended up contacting finance comp and they say they don't handle tags as chuck had stated . Chuck now wants me to give him 250 or he won't release my tags, although i missed a wk of work due to the faded tags . I'm currently filing a complaint with the state attorney as well as letting people in the newspaper know about this terrible establishment |
