Worst Service from Champion Motors in Felton, DE

 I brought a 2002 Saturn Vue from Champion Motors in Felton, DE and they not only provided the worst service, but was very disorganized the establishment is all about money, the salesman Chuck is unprofessional he didn't even know what my down payment was .He lied to me about my tags in which i paid 1100 dollars for three days after i got the vehicle and still have not received my tags and it's been almost 60 days , and on top of that he said the finance company had my money for my tags, i contacted the finance company and they said that they don't handle tags in which i already knew they came and picked my vehicle with a extra key they had and took my vehicle and they said it was a repo in which wasn't true and they tell me they want 250 dollars and they want release my tags until they get them i'm currently filing a complaint with the states attorney and i have missed 6 days of work and have been pulled over by the police due to three numbers on the tag are faded and when asked about me getting a ticket Chuck says he don't care it's not our fault.
