 Pool builder Advanced Watershapes quotes can't be trusted - what they quote does not end up in their contract - Their life time warranty is over when you make your last payment. We have been sent threating emails, letters & phone calls. Pat Pitts in sales & owner John Wezter Jr. owner are both scam artist! Just check BBB or go online. Worst pool builder in Fl with no customer service. They refuse to correct their construction issues & installed a chorline pool when they quoted a salt system. Our only option is too have another contractor repair the problems & then sue them in small claims court before they move or shut down.

 Genesis Group / Mark Colett MD Home improvement lic #85816 performed substandard workmanship, flooded our home TWICE, FAILED county inspections and 5 engineers inspections, abandoned the job site, stole $25,000 and ultimately caused $100,000 in damages. His insurance company SAFECO only paid $29,000 in damages.
