| Trying to pay account off in full and cancel card only find they never canceled the account after payoff, continuing to add fees and penalties to our *closed* account that was still open.Demanding payment with the threat of ruining our perfect credit standing. We have paid them over $1,000.00 in bogus fees and penalties.

Help Card not so helpful

| The Help Card healthcare credit card is supposed to be specifically designed for the financing of the private-pay portion of healthcare expenses, however, they are extremely uncooperative and they do everything possible to charge extra interest on supposed grace period for payment.
