SANDER'S INSTALLATION - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

 I recently purchased a gas stove, dishwasher and above the range microwave from Best Buy in Austin and paid to have them install all 3 appliances as well. They outsource delivery and installations to a company called SANDER'S INSTALLATION. They offer the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from any company in my life. Not only do they not answer the phone no matter how many times you call, they don't return calls either.
We were lied to after they broke water valves when trying to install the dish washer. In addition we were told we needed to pay for additional services and they wouldn't install anything until it was done.

Thrown Out of DirectBuy Showroom

| This complaint is about the violation of basic consumer right at DirectBuy. I and my wife saw an advertisement inviting us to visit the showroom at DirectBuy. When we got there, we were treated like prisoners. The basic right of a consumer to walk around a showroom to examine merchandized was denied us. When challenged, the store manager resorted to brute force in an attempt to kick us out. The incident occurred at the DirectBuy store in Mountain View, California on 12/6/08.
