 Employee worked for a month without pay and when she did get paid, the bank sent back the checks stating insufficiant funds. Another pay day has come and gone and again she hasnt got paid not any phone calls have been returned

| Failed to pay me final wages. Employer provided a hostile work environment, And also failed to provide proper satety equipment to do my job in a safe manner, I was tired of moving 400lb object on and off the truck and sometimes upstairs without any help and without proper back brace and without proper hand trucks to move odd objects.
