 Ultratans in Myrtle Beach, SC is not the place to go if you need to tan on a regular basis and expect decent customer service. The "Ultra VIP Membership" for $29.95/ month is not worth it

| Dr. Glen Nizaviacia was may boss for 2+ years and refuses to pay me my last check because i am a independent contractor and suppositly broke my contract in his eyes. I'm young and need that last pay check i orked hard for,don't you think. To add to his unprofessional ways , his "med spa" is a joke. He doesn't have licensed people working for him to do laser,cellulite reduction and ear candling. It is a huge risk to whomever goes ther ,trust me.
