I hired SERVPRO to move my furniture while I fixed my house after hurricane IKE... they broke an Italian candle holder I bought with my now deceased husband... they refused to pay and the also wanted me to give them the other matching candle holder that was not broken in order to pay me back... I refused to give them my expensive and unique piece because It had a sentimental value to me... so they refused 100% to pay for the broken one... TERRIBLE service and that broken piece is a loss to me...
