 St. Vincent de Paul has a new policy not posted anywhere near their counter that any "card payment" for purchases under $10 will be assessed a $30.00 fee. And it happened to my mom.

| Big Cat Rescue does the unthinkable and most horrible thing I have ever heard they buy and breed exotic cats then tell people they are rescues and collects donations for made up abuse stories. That is sick!!!
