CindyV's Profile and details
In May of 2007 I was contacted by Sean Kelly of Web Wealth Strategies.  He talked to me about purchasing a business opportunity.  It was a website and advertising package that would bring 12,000 hits per month to the site.  The cost was $495 for the website and $2400 for the advertising.  I was told that my website would be up and running within a week.  Well, August rolls around and still no working website.  I called Web Wealth Strategies to talk to Sean but he won't return my calls.  I am given to a Kevin who says he'll get back to me but never does.  Then when I call I'm given to a guy named Carvell.  Carvell doesn't return calls, either.  In mid-August I fax Carvell a letter cancelling my participation in this business opporunity.  I copu the letter to both the Wisconsin and Arizona Attorneys General.  Web Wealth Strategies sends a letter to the Wisconsin office of Consumer Protection saying they would issue me a "full refund."  When I finally talked to Carvell, he told me the same thing.  I would be getting a full refund.  Well, I didn't get a full refund.  I didn't even get a half refund.  When I called Carvell about it, he said it would be processed in the next few weeks.  Well, months have now passed and still no full refund.  There are at least nine complaints against Web Wealth Strategies filed with the Arizona Better Business Bureau.  Today, I filed complaints against Web Wealth Strategies with the Federal Trade Commission and The F.B.I. in hopes of getting my refund.  I tell Sabrina at Web Wealth Strategies that I'll continue to file complaints against them until someone from the company talks to me.  She hung up on me.  The owner's name is Jose Diaz.  Their number is 800-590-9913.  Call them and ask them to talk to the Lady from Wisconsin.
