I ordered a Motherboard to repair one of my cleints workstations from E-Tech Computer Professionals. Well once part was rec'd within about 4 days the part was installed. The Motherboard was bad. Contact company and requested an RMA#. Being it was over a holiday weekend I was not able to get in postal system with in 3 days of return. This is one reason they will not replace part.
2nd excuse is I did not return within 10 days. The company was contacted an made aware within 10 days. It was fine to return but they wanted to test the motherboard.
3 week part was in there hands with multiple phone calls and given the run around could not get and answer. Finally today, when the part should of been in the mail 2 weeks ago. I was given these excuse. Beforer that they are working on it and it should be replaced soon.
The warranty from the manufacture is 1 yr on all parts. All I need was a Motherboard. Rec'd a bad one. took almost a month for these idiots to test it. Then when they find out it is bad. They will not replace. What was the since of sending it back and them testing it. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND I HOPE NO ORDERS ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!
Filing a complaint with the BBB and any other company's for this type of service.
Bottom line company was made aware the parts was bad. Ask us to return and after a month of no return phones calls. No manage avaialable. Being told parti s being test by RMA department. We get the warranty is for 10 days which is BS. Plus, still do not have a tracking number for the BAD PART THAT WAS TEST AND SUPPOSE TO BE RETURNED. Going to return a bad part when the manufacture warranty's for a year minimum. WHY would a company send out a bad part they sold whenn they know this. Speaks of what kind of owner and what kind of employees work for such a Cluster F?????????
